- Take a large bowl and add garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, chilli powder, cumin powder, salt and olive oil and mix them together.
- Set your oven to 200 C and pre heat it. Now add cauliflower and chickpeas to the bowl of the seasoning and mix until the spices and oil completely stick together.
- Dab a little olive oil to your fingers to grease the pan. Transfer the chickpeas and cauliflower onto the pan. Spread the mixture evenly over the pan.
- Place the pan in the oven and cook for about 15-20 minutes. You want a crisp and golden brown look of the cauliflower and chickpeas when you take thenm out.
- Grab some tortillas, shove the cauliflower and chickpeas, add some salsa and chipotle sauce on the top and voila your vegan taco is ready!
