Ingredients

  • Oat flour 3 cup
  • Almond milk 2 cup
  • Medium riped bananas 2 units
  • Coconut sugar/raw sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Cinnamon 1/2 teaspoons
  • Vanilla bean powder 1/4 teaspoons

Instructions

  • Grind the oats until its becomes fine flour
  • Add in the remaining ingredients i.e. banana, almond milk, coconut sugar, cinnamon powder, vanilla bean powder or extract and blend until a smooth batter is formed.
  • Heat a non-stick pan on medium-low and pour 1/3 cup of batter and let the pancakes cook until bubbles appear around the edges, then flip and cook until golden.
  • Add toppings of choice and drizzle with berry syrup.
