- Mix Bajri, Moong and Rice in a mixture and churn it to make its flour.
- Take a pan add ghee, asafoetida and the mix flour and stir it for a while.
- Now add turmeric powder to it.
- Add Green fenugreek in it.
- Add water to it than add peas and let it cook.
- Add ginger and chilli paste , add salt and chopped coriander and keep stirring it till it thickens.
- Now cover it and let it cook.
- To make topping- Take a pan add oil to it and add cumin.
- Add chopped capsicum.
- Add chopped cabbage and tomatoes ( green or red or both )
- Add turmeric powder, dhanajiru powder and red chilli powder.
- Add sugar, lemon juice and salt and mix it well and the topping is ready.
- Now take a clay pot or a bowl add the bhaidku khichdi put the topping salad on it.
- Put curd on it.
- Sprinkle coriander.
- Keep it to bake for 5 10 minutes at 180 degree.
- Ready to serve.
