  • Rice 1cup
  • Moong dal 1/2 cup
  • Tomatao 1 chopped
  • Potato 1 chopped
  • Garlic 6 piece
  • Mustered 1tps
  • Jeera 1tps
  • Gee 3 tps
  • Onion 1chopped
  • Carrot 1chopped
  • Curry leaves 5-6
  • Pepper powder 1tpd
  • Green chilly 1chopped
  • Turmeric powder 1tps
  • Water 4glass

Instructions

  • Chopped the all the vegetables
  • Place a cooker on stove add 3 tps off gee warm it then add 1tps of mustered seed, curry leaves jeera, garlic and chopped chills salut it for 3 min then add all the chopped vegetables
  • To this add rice and moong dal add water salt 1tps of turmmeric powder and pepper powder add water of 5 glass from the same glass for which rice and moong dal has taken place the lid make 5-8 Vistal then cool it for 5 min
  • Open the lid serve the hot khichidi with gee
