- Take pressure cooker add oil
- When oil hot add hing and cumin seeds.when cumin seeds splutter add onion and mix it.
- When onions became transparent add peas,potato, cauliflower,corn kernels along with salt,red chilli powder, garam masala,turmuric powder and lemon drops .
- Add water 2 cup water and mix it.and take 2 whistle.
- After release all pressure cooker gas open the lid take out khichdi in a bowl to get set.
- After 10 to 15 minutes take out in a plate and garnish with a dollop of curd.
- Enjoy khichadi with curd nd mango pickle
