  • chiroti rava/ obbattu rava 200gms
  • Chopped onion 50gms
  • Chopped capsicum 1
  • Grated carrot 50gms
  • Grated cucumber 50gms
  • Grated cabbage 50gms
  • Grated coconut 3 tbspns
  • Chopped coriander 1/2 cup
  • Chopped curry Leaves, pudina 1/4 cup
  • Salt as per taste
  • Green chilli paste
  • Oil 6 tbspns
  • Water 2 cups
  • Turmeric 1/2 tspn

Instructions

  • In a bowl add chiroti rava, chopped onion, chopped capsicum, grated carrot,grated cabbage,grated cucumber,grated coconut, chopped coriander, chopped curry leaves, chopped pudina, salt, green chilli Paste,turmeric mix properly
  • Now add water and prepare the dough.
  • Rest it for 10mins
  • On a tawa Add little oil.Place the dough and spread it
  • Close the lid and cook. Cook both the sides
  • Transfer it into a serving plate .
  • Serve hot with curd and spicy pappula podi

Notes/Tips

*Donot over soak the roti Dough *Cook it in medium flame so that vegetables are cooked properly
