Ingredients

  • Onion 2 large
  • Garlic 10 to 12 cloves
  • Ginger paste 2 tbsp
  • Carrot,capsicum, tomato, french beans 1 each
  • Sweet corn , spring onion greens 1 ½cup
  • Chicken with bone 4 to 6 pieces
  • shredded Chicken 50gms
  • Black pepper powder 2 tbsp
  • Noodles 1 small packet
  • Salt As per taste
  • Oil 2tbsp
  • Water 1 ½ ltr

Instructions

  • Chop all the vegetables. Keep aside
  • Put the chicken in water and bring it to boil for around 30 mins. Add salt to it.
  • Take oil in a pan. When the oil is hot add the onion, ginger paste, garlic and fry till onion is translucent .
  • Add the other veggies to it and fry till they are soft
  • Add the boiled chicken pieces with the chicken stew to it.
  • Put sweet corn, salt , spring onion greens and bring to boil for 10mins
  • In another bowl boil the noodles and keep aside.
  • In each bowl put noodles, put the veggie and chicken broth on It along with the veggies and shredded chicken .
  • Add black pepper powder as per your choice
  • Serve hot.
