  • Seedless watermelon cubes 3-4 cup
  • Chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup
  • Chopped red bell pepper 1/4 cup
  • Chopped red onion 1/4 cup
  • Chopped cucumber 1/2 cup
  • Jalepeno 1 units
  • Garlic clove 1 units
  • Roasted cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoons
  • Lemon juice 1/2 teaspoons
  • Olive oil 1/2 tablespoons
  • Red wine (optional) 1 tablespoons
  • Cilantro leaves 1/4 cup
  • Mint leaves 2-3 tablespoons
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoons
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions

  • Reserve some chopped veggies pieces for garnishing as per your choices.
  • Now add all ingredients into the mixer blender and blend it till smooth puree.
  • Remove it into the big bowl, then place it into the refrigerator for 30 mins.
  • Take serving cups or bowl and add cool watermelon gazpacho into the cups.
  • Garnish it with reserved veggies as per your taste and serve it immediately.
