- Soak raw rice/pachari for about 2 hours.Put all the ingredients and blend it smoothly. Batter should be thick.
- Ferment for 2 hrs. Divide the batter into 3 parts. Add 1 cup watermelon juice to the 1st batter. Add 3tbsp of pandan leaves juice to 2nd batter.
- Ppour green batter into a greased bundt cake mould. Then white batter. Finally pink color batter.
- Steam it for 20 mts. After cooling demould it. Now steamed rice cake is ready to serve
