- Make a marination for transformation of water melon to tuna fish texture by adding soy sauce, vinegar, sesame and a dash of oil and coat it to watermelon center cuboid and leave for a minute.
- Preheat oven at 150 degree for 10 minutes. Place the watermelon on baking tray lined with aluminium foil, and apply 1 tbsp oil on watermelon. Bake it at 150 degree for 30 minutes.
- Cook sushi rice by adding soaked rice and 1 cup water in a rice cooker.
- After 30 minutes watermelon will be like fish and cut it into long stipes. Shape sushi rice to a oval ball and place one julienne of ginger and place the watermelon above ginger. Serve sushi with soy sauce
