Ingredients

  • Waternut 1/2 kg
  • Onion paste 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Water 2 cup

Instructions

  • Firstly Wash and peel waternut.
  • Take a pot on gas and add 2 tbsp of oil
  • Then add cumin seeds
  • Add onion paste and cook till golden brown .Then add ginger garlic paste and cook it
  • Add turmeric powder and coriander powder
  • Add waternut and red chilli powder
  • Add 2 cup of water
  • Cover the pot and cook over 12 minutes.
  • For serving add green coriander leaves.your curry is ready serve it with chapati or nan

Notes/Tips

If you like Decicated coconut then you can add it in your curry.this will help yo boost the taste.
