A homemade tea time whole wheat cake.Soft and moist cake made with wheat flour,pure ghee and butter, flavoured with cardamon and nutmeg powder topped with almonds. Super Delightful healthy snack option for your tea time. Mix all the ingredients and keep aside for 30 min. After 30 min heat the cake pot for 10min on high flame grease with ghee and pour the mixer in it top it With almonds. Keep the flame low and bake for 50min. Delicious and healthy cake is ready.

  • Wheat flour 3/4 cup
  • Semolina 1/4cup
  • baking soda 1/2tsp
  • Sugar 3/4cup
  • Milk 3/4cup
  • Cardomon and nutmeg powder 1tsp
  • Ghee 1tbsp
  • Butter 1tbsp

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients and keep aside for 30 min. After 30 min heat the cake pot for 10min on high flame grease with ghee and pour the mixer in it top it With almonds.

Notes/Tips

Need to grease with ghee otherwise cake will get stick to the pot.
