- Take ghee n stir it to make fluffy. Add sugar to it n mix well. Now slowly add wheat to avoid lumps. Add Suki, baking powder, baking soda, elaichi powder to make a soft dough. Cover it n keep it in the fridge for 10min. Take it out and give shape of cookie
- Bake it in oven for 17min.at 180©. Let it cool n njoy it. Healthy wheat cookies.
