- Take a pan and add Condensed milk with white chocolate. mix and simmer for 2-3 minutes on low Flame. once white chocolate melts turn off the heat and give a good mix.
- immediately add berries and pistachios and mix together.
- add vanilla essence to the mixture and mix well
- take square mould and line up Parchment/baking paper. pour the mixture in the mould
- set the fudge mixture in the freeze for 2 hours
- once the fudge is set check the consistency. if it Is too hard to unmould bring it slightly to room temperature. cut 1 by 1-inch equal pieces
- either serve and enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator.
