Ingredients

  • Chicken 100 gms
  • Fresh cream 1 spoon
  • Ginger garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Yippee masala 1 tsp
  • Salt Add as required
  • Peri peri masala 1 tsp
  • Yippee noodles 1 packet
  • Butter 2 spoon
  • Maida 1 spoon
  • Milk 1 glass
  • Onion 1 (small)
  • Garlic 4 pods
  • Salt As required
  • Mixed herbs 1 spoon
  • Yippee masala 1 tsp
  • Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Chesse As required

Instructions

  • Marinate the chicken with fresh cream,salt,pepper powder,yippee masla,peri peri powder,ginger garlic powder
  • Boil the noodles with some oil
  • Fry the marinated chicken with some butter
  • In pan add some butter,the add garlic allow it to fry for 10 seconds then add onion allow it to fry for 10 seconds then add 1 spoon of maida and saute well until the raw smell goes off then add 1 glass of milk.
  • Then add mixed herbs,pepper powder,salt,yippee masala,red chilli flakes.allow it to boil until it comes to a sauce consistency.
  • Then add the boiled noodles
  • Then add the fried chicken
  • Finally add some chesse
