- First take a pan add butter and take 2 spoons of maida and fry it till golden brown without lumps and add 1 cup of milk and stir it until the sauce becomes thick and creamy and then boil pasta with oil and salt and keep aside and then take pan take 3 tablespoons of oil fry onions,capsicum,corn,and add these veggies and pasta and add salt as per the taste and add chilli flakes and oregano and pepper and mix it well and serve hot
