- Take a untensil, add whole wheat flour, salt,rava/semolina and bak8ng soda together, mix well..knead a semi soft dough by using curd..appky lil oil..n rest it for 1 to 2 hrs.
- Knead the dough for 30 seconds..take a deep pan add oil for deep frying..keep ot low to medium flame..
- Take A Big Tomato Sized Ball..Dust Some Flour on the base where you are going to roll out bhaturas.. roll It Like A Chapati But Bigger in Size N lil Thicker..
- Check The temp. Of oil by dropping small ball of dough..if it immediately comes up..the temp of oil is perfect..
- Add the rolled out bhaturas..let it fluff up..flip it..cook it..until the bubbles subsides..remove it on kitchen towel..serve hot with any masaldar veggie or chole..njoi..hot n hot..
