- 1) Wash and clean the bok choy / Chinese cabbage and chop it into big chunks. Keep it aside.
- 2) Take the chicken piece in a bowl and add chopped Ginger-garlic, turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp of salt and keep it marinated for 30 minutes.
- 3) Now put the marinated chicken in a pressure cooker and add chopped onions, chopped tomato, diced bok choy, green chillies and black pepper.
- 4) Now put the pressure cooker over the gas stove and saute the chicken for 2-3 minutes at high flame. Then add 1/2 cup of water and close the lid and let it whistle for 3 times. Then switch off the flame and let the pressure to get released on it own.
- 5) Now take out the boiled chicken into a kadhaai and put it over the gas for another two minutes. Meanwhile check the salt and the consistently of the gravy and adjust them accordingly.
- Extremely delicious and super healthy "Chicken Bok choy" with no oil is ready for a healthy heart meal. Serve it with plain rice and enjoy the uniqueness of this recipe .
