पहले गैस पे कढ़ाई रखे और उसमे तेल और जीरा डाल दे,फिर उसमे करी पत्ता तो डाल दे और फिर उसमे प्याज और हरी मिर्च को डाल दे और उसे थोड़ी देर तक भुने | उसमे अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट, मिर्च पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर, और थोड़ा सा नमक डालकर उसे थोड़ी देर भुने | फिर उसमे boil चना को डाल कर भुने,अब उसमे थोड़ा सा पानी डाल दे |नारियल पाउडर और गरम मसाला को डाल दे और उसे ढक कर 5 मिनट तक पकाये | फिर उसमे नीबू के रस और नारियल पाउडर को डाल दे और गैस को बंद कर दे | और chana तैयार है!
