1. Take 1.5 cup of milk in a pan. 2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, green cardamom and stick of cinnamon to it. Boil the mixture for 5-6 minutes. 3. Add one teaspoon of jaggery. 4. Serve hot.

Recipe: --Take 100g jaggery melt in on slow to medium flame. --Once it get melt. Check it by pouring few drops of melted jaggery in a bowl of water. (If jaggery doesnt dissolve in it than its ready, else cook for sometime more) --Once it is ready add 50g of puffed rice to it and mix it quickly. --After mixing apply water to your hands and make a Laddu of the mixture.
